What is your shipping policy?
DOMESTIC
Orders ship from our headquarters in Wichita, Kansas, USA. Please refer to the checkout page for all shipping costs related to each of your orders. Note that all orders outside of the USA may be subject to additional fees that are the responsibility of the buyer. All packages will ship via USPS and will receive a tracking # with each order confirmation. All orders placed Monday-Friday will ship within two business days, unless the order falls over a holiday or we are out doing what we love, riding our motorcycles.
INTERNATIONAL
We are slowly adding countries to allow customers to ship items outside of the USA. If you do not see your country of residence, please contact us and we will get it added. All orders outside of the USA may be subject to additional fees that are the responsibility of the buyer. Also, please allow extra time for shipping if mailed outside of the USA.
Returns & Exchanges
Martian Machine offers a 30 calendar day return or exchange policy on all merchandise, unless otherwise noted or custom order. All items must be free of defects and clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any odor. Please contact customer service via email at martianmachineco@gmail.com for return instructions within 30 calendar days of purchase. Any items returned to Martian Machine, without clear communication or return information, will be returned to sender with no questions asked and you will not receive credit or an exchange product to replace your purchase. Any custom orders will be final sale and cannot be returned once production is started. The customer is responsible for all return and/or exchange expenses unless Martian Machine expresses in writing that they assume responsibility for return/exchange expenses. Martian Machine will do our absolute best to process any returns and exchanges timely.
Warranty
Martian Machine warrants that any product that leaves our facility is free of defects. If you purchased an item from Martian Machine and disagree, please reach out to customer service via email at martianmachineco@gmail.com. Martian Machine does not warrant the installation of any parts nor do we guarantee that any part purchased will fit every motorcycle-stock or custom. It is the responsibility of the customer to know their motorcycle and whether or not the items they purchase will fit their motorcycle. Martian Machine is not responsible for improper assembly or installation, normal wear and tear, general neglect, or any alterations made to a product. Additionally, Martian Machine is not responsible for surface finish imperfections and or surface degradation due to aging and weather. Customers are always welcome to consult Martian Machine prior to purchasing any products.
